I love the space- it’s big enough to accommodate classes yet small enough to not be overwhelming. The place feels like family; everyone is there to lift you up and help you be the best version of yourself.
Very first time I came everyone was very nice and made a point to get to know me. The workouts and atmosphere coincided with my fitness goals and what I wanted to get out of a gym experience. I always like a challenge and to be pushed and every workout does just that. It’s been great seeing it grow and all the new trainers and classes!
Functional Fit is the longest fitness establishment I’ve stuck with since leaving college. This is probably because it’s the right mix of accountability, but also low pressure and low stress environment. It’s a great workout done safely. I feel supported and motivated, but never pushed too far.
